Can I follow my sites when I am not there?
Yes. The control room shows costs, progress, photos, delays and open items for every site, from what your team sends during the day. Live cameras, attendance tracking and sensors can be added on request.
Do my site staff need to learn new software?
No. They send photos and messages on WhatsApp, Telegram or whichever app they already use. Reports arrive in Excel or Google Sheets.
Where is my data stored?
In your own Google or Microsoft account wherever possible. We never use your data for other clients or for AI training, and you keep everything if you stop.
How much does it cost?
Most clients start with the process audit, which has a fixed price and is credited against the first build. Each tool then has a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee for hosting, fixes and small changes. Every price is fixed in writing before work starts.
Can I ask the AI questions directly?
Yes. Message it on WhatsApp, Telegram, a web app, email or any channel you use, by text or voice note. It answers from your own costs, tenders, prices and documents.
Does it work with our CRM or ERP?
Yes. We connect to Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and others through their official APIs, so leads, tasks and invoices stay in sync. No CRM yet? We set up a customised Odoo CRM or a lightweight one on Google Sheets for you.
Can the AI really write our proposals and method statements?
Yes, from your own past documents. It drafts in your format and wording, and your engineers review and approve every draft before it goes out. The more documents you give it, the closer the first draft gets.
Do our files ever leave our office?
On the standard plan, files stay in your own Drive and the AI reads only what each task needs through business AI services that do not train on your data. On the on-premise plan, the AI runs inside your office and files never leave it.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The tools read Arabic and English invoices and messages, and produce reports and documents in either language.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
Anything that feeds a payment or a submission is flagged for your staff to approve first. You stay in control of the final figure.
